Peaceful place, I loved efficient personnel.
Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Victoria. The venue was clean and the staff were knowledgeable and top-class. A kind of fantastic service. The location was amazing and handy, for example, a shopping mall was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Delicious food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity.

Location close to Victoria center. Large room but not such a thunderous layout. Two half-large beds but with a wall in between. Swimming pool, sauna, jakuzi basic but everything worked. Very friendly reception.

The room is functional and reasonably large. the staff are very welcoming, including the luggage handlers and room cleaners. the hotel is fairly clean and has a very central location near restaurants and shopping.

The hotel has particularly nice views of the harbor. The staff was top-class & thoughtful.The perfect and magnificent location to the downtown core was a plus.We were very close to the parliament buildings, Royal BC Museum, the black ball ferry terminal, and fisherman's wharf.

Location next to harbour and centre. Free parking at a large parking lot directly behind the hotel... We had a free upgrade to suite... Good breakfast, not expensive... Experienced staff. What more could you want?
Dated hotel but perfectly maintained (you rarely see that), so fine. No air conditioning but fan... Crackle bed 160 wide. At home we have 180.
